True prosperity

Daniel 6:25 (NIV)

May you prosper greatly!

Prosperity is more than having money. In Ecclesiastes we are told that to one God gives wealth but not the ability to enjoy. The NASB translation actually reads, "May your peace abound". So prosperity is more than just having money. It could be the ability to enjoy the wealth that the Lord gives, it could peace in the midst of turmoil, or spiritual edification and so on. The nature of prosperity that's given to us will be determined by the Lord, but its always a result of intimacy with Christ.
