I'll take this verse slightly out of context to apply it to us. Christians wonder when they will receive the fullness of God's blessings and His grace. The good news is that we already have!

The fullness of the Holy Spirit and God's grace is in us when we were born again. The reason we don't feel or experience Him is because we don't walk by faith. Let's fan into flame the gift of God in us today
